| Q. |
Will you visit our facility or job site? |
| A. |
We always encourage doing so. It gives our
staff a better understanding for the type of experience,
training and personality which will be most effective
in your company. |

| Q. |
Do you check references? |
| A. |
Very carefully. Knowing whether the professional
can do what he, or she, says they can do, efficiently
and competently, is very important to us and we verify
previous dates of employment and certificates, plus
evaluations of previous supervisors. |
